If there is no response from Synology if this is a systemic failure on some part of the DSM or a package, by the time I finish backing up everything twice, I´ll probably remove the 3 HDD´s and throw a clean 4th disk to reinstall DSM, and keep it that way for a couple of weeks to test it, installing the packages back one by one.
